    • Final value may differ after physical inspection by our technicians.
    • You may accept or reject the revised offer. If rejected, the device will be returned at no extra cost (unless stated otherwise).
  4. Pickup and Inspection We offer free pickup subject to location availability.
    • Our technician will inspect the device on-site or off-site.
    • Devices failing authentication (e.g., blocked IMEI, stolen) will be reported and not returned.
  5. Payments Payments are made via bank transfer, UPI, Cash on pick up, or wallet.
    • We reserve the right to withhold payment if the device is found to violate these Terms.
  6. Data Privacy You are responsible for deleting personal data from devices.
    • We are not liable for data loss, leakage, or breach after collection.
  7. Device Ownership and Liability By selling, you confirm that:
    • You are the rightful owner of the device;
    • The device is not stolen or under any contractual obligations;
    • There are no outstanding dues or carrier locks.
  8. Refurbished Devices (if applicable) All refurbished products are tested and certified.
    • Warranty terms (if any) will be clearly mentioned at the time of sale.
  9. Prohibited Activities You agree not to:
    • Sell stolen or counterfeit goods;
    • Tamper with our Platform or attempt fraudulent activity;
    • Misrepresent product condition.
  10. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for:
    • Any indirect or consequential damages;
    • Delay in payment due to third-party systems;
    • Any loss resulting from user negligence.
  11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if:
    • You violate these Terms;
    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating region. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts located in the operating, subject to applicable law.
